שְׂאוּ-יְדֵכֶם קֹדֶשׁ; וּבָרְכוּ, אֶת-יְהוָה.

Lift up your hands to the sanctuary, and bless ye YAHOWAH.

יְבָרֶכְךָ יְהוָה, מִצִּיּוֹן: עֹשֵׂה, שָׁמַיִם וָאָרֶץ.

YAHOWAH bless thee out of Zion; even He that made heaven and earth.
